Checkpoint Showings is developing a new way to get showing feedback directly after a showing has taken place with an agent controlled home kiosk. The Checkpoint system will allow for real time feedback of data and the ability to aggregate information in a way that has never before been possible.
In the past feedback data was primarily gathered through automated email and phone calls. Many agents have started to ignore emails requesting feedback leaving listing agents to chase buyers agents. Many times the feedback gathered this way is not very actionable or usable. Typical brokers get responses like “buyer chose something else” or “not interested” or “too much work” all of which could be drastically improved on.
In just 15 seconds buyers and brokers can leave feedback on a showing with no typing required.
